Sushi catering to order
Dr. Romack is available to prepare sushi to order, for pick-up only - with one days's notice required. Sushi involves the use of raw fish and the availability of fresh fish in Van Zandy county as well as the need for freshness require that orders be placed and paid for one day in advance.

Shown here is a typical large meal for 2-3 people, of five large sushi rolls. Choices most often available in Van Zandt county include salmon and tuna, usually with avocado and/or cucmber. Other choices can be made when possible, pending avilability of fish and preference of the diners. Wasabi and/or Sriracha mayonnaise are available as well. Cost is $8 per roll, which compares well to restaurant prices, but is a larger serving than local restaurants.
